Registration
Registration must be made in writing by e-mail and becomes binding for both parties through our confirmation. A deposit of 20% of the tour price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remaining amount will be paid in cash immediately after arrival. You can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of the trip, unfortunately we will then have to demand the following compensation amounts:

30 and more days: 50% of the total price
30–7 days: 70% of the total price
7–0 days: 90% of the total price

The date of receipt of the e-mail is decisive for the withdrawal. You have the right to transfer your place any time to a suitable person, additional costs do no arise thereby.

Liability and exclusion of liability of the organizer
It is expressly pointed out that riding entails an increased risk. Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Rancho Carhuello and their tour guides no not assume any liability for injuries, accidents and material damage. To insure oneself against all occurring risks is expressly the responsibility of the participant. We strongly recommend taking out insurance for baggage (theft, damage, etc.) accident, illness, salvage, repatriation and liability. Please read carefully the waiver, which is part of the terms and conditions and must be signed before the tour starts.
Especially due to weather conditions and the personal performance of the participants, the organizer cannot guarantee that the trio can be carried out exactly according to the program. The organizer cannot cannot be held liable for later changes. If tours have to be canceled due to weather conditions, there is no right to compensation.
Withdrawal by organizer
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer can cancel the agreement up to 14 days before the start of the journey at the latest. The payments made will be refunded of the participant will be offered another program. Rancho Carhuello can cancel or change the tour at any time for important organizational or personal reasons. In this case the participant is entitled to all services not rendered. Further claims are excluded.
If a participant is unable to meet the requirements of the trip or any other event due to an incorrect assessment of his ability or health, the organizer may withdraw from the contract without notice. If the participant is does not meet his payment obligation on time or disturbs the execution of the trip despite a warning, he can be excluded form the trip by the organizer at any time without any claim for damages. He is responsible for his own journey home. The tour operator retains the right to the travel price.
Travel formalities and Health
The Traveler is responsible for the arrival, departure and the compliance with passport and visa regulations. The participant confirms with his registration that there are no health concerns against participation in the activities.
